Inspection Masters is owned and operated by Craig Reagan. Mr. Reagan has been in the inspection business since 1988. In his present capacity, he is owner of Inspection Masters in College Station, Texas.
Mr. Reagan holds a degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. He has attended numerous professional development seminars covering foundation failure and repair, soil-structure interaction, and construction of post-tensioned foundations as well as continuing education courses annually. Mr. Reagan was first licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a Real Estate Inspector in 1989. He was upgraded to Professional Inspector in 1993 and still maintains the Professional Inspector status today. Additionally, he is certified by the State of Texas to inspect roadways and bridges. He is certified by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and holds an Associate Constructor (AC) designation from the Constructor Certification Commission in St. Petersburg, Florida. Additionally, he is a member of the International Code Council who publishes the International Building Code that is being adopted by cities nationwide. He has performed thousands of Real Estate Inspections in his career and is very experienced at evaluating signs of structural distress.
In his more than 16 years of inspection experience, he has been involved with more than 5,500 single family homes and numerous light commercial structures. These inspections range from pre-purchase inspections to construction inspections to trouble-shooting problem conditions and recommending an appropriate repair.
Mr. Reagan also heads up the Infrared Division of Inspection Masters. This division provides thermal imaging services for commercial clients throughout the U.S. for electrical, roofing, moisture intrusion, mechanical, and concrete masonry grouting.
